Revival Sports proudly announces the signing of Nibal Ahmed, one of the brightest stars in Maldivian badminton, to its High Performance Team under a four-year contract. At just 21 years old, Nibal already boasts a remarkable track record, having been named Badminton Athlete of the Year at the Maldives Sports Awards in 2022, and Most Promising Athlete Across All Sports in 2021.
A true all-rounder, Nibal clinched the Maldives National Men’s Singles Championship in 2022, and brought home a bronze medal in Men’s Singles at the IOIG 2023, along with silver and bronze medals in the Men’s Team Events in 2019 and 2023 respectively. His international experience is further bolstered by multiple podium finishes in BWF-sanctioned tournaments.
