By using this website and by enrolling or registering in the Revival Sports Academy, you agree to the terms and conditions listed here. These terms and conditions may change in the future. Any changes to these terms will be updated and can be viewed online here.

1. Appropriate Footwear
1.1. Members must wear non-marking indoor badminton shoes, barefoot play or use of outdoor shoes on courts is strictly prohibited. Revival Sports reserve the right to deny access to the premises if this requirement is not met.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Refunds are only issued if Revival Sports is at fault. No-shows or cancellations outside the stated policy are non-refundable.
2.2. In the event members are unable to play due to an issue caused by Revival Sports, the matter must be reported via email within 24 hours to be eligible for a refund.
2.3. Revival Sport reserves the right to cancel bookings due to maintenance, emergencies, or safety concerns. Full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
3. Cancellations by Revival Sports
3.1. Revival Sports reserve the right to cancel bookings due to maintenance, emergencies, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
4. Liability for Damages
4.1. Members are liable for any damage caused to the court or premises due to their actions.
5. Personal Belongings
5.1. Revival Sports is not responsible for any lost personal belongings. Members are advised to keep their items secure and ensure all belongings are taken upon leaving the premises.
6. Court Entry Time
6.1. Members may enter the court no earlier than 10 minutes before their scheduled booking time and are required to vacate the court promptly at the end of their booking time.
7. Extended Time (If Applicable)
7.1. If no other bookings are scheduled, members may extend their court use by an additional 30 minutes.
8. Stringing Services
8.1. Stringing services are available at the stadium.
9. Equipment Use
9.1. Rackets are available for borrowing at the premises. They must be handled with care and returned in good condition. Members are financially responsible for any damages and are required to pay the full purchase price for any damaged rackets or equipment.
10. Smoking Policy
10.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Revival Sports reserve the right to deny access to any member found smoking within the premises.
11. Coaching Sessions
11.1. All coaching activities fall under the corporate package and must be communicated to Revival Sports in advance.
12. Cleanliness and Facility use
12.1. Food and drinks (except water or sports drinks) are not allowed on court.
12.2. Members must help maintain the cleanliness of the facility, including restrooms and common areas, must be left clean and tidy after use.
12.3. Littering anywhere in the stadium or surrounding premises is not allowed.
12.4. Waste must be disposed of in the designated bins provided.
13. Policy Amendments
13.1. Revival Sports reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Members will be informed of significant changes via official club communication channels.
14. Security Precautions
14.1. We take the security of your information very seriously and have implemented strict measures to protect it from loss, misuse, or alteration. When you access or update your account information, we use a secure server to ensure the confidentiality of your data. Once we receive your information, we follow strict security procedures to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure.
